Some of our Alert Readers have noted that not all open restaurants are listed, so we will add here those close to FHV that you recommend:
Las 4 Lunas Mexican Restaurant 13400 Wenonah SE 505-503-8080 menu [absolutely closest to FHV] [recommended by FHVA member Joel Nossoff]
The Olive Garden Italian Restaurant Juan Tabo

Canyon Club at Four Hills
The Canyon Club at Four Hills is open! Here is the status of 11 June 2020:
"The golf course continues to be in high demand and our members are raving about the conditions of the golf course. Tee times are definitely at a premium, but we continue to manage them to the best of our ability with all our members wanting to play. Many of the original "rules" are still in place as mandated for opening. Thanks for continuing to adhere to the rules for the good of the whole.
"The bar and restaurant has been open for a couple of weeks now with limited hours and strict guidelines on closing time, but this week we have been able to expand the menu (now posted on the website) as our vendors inventories are starting to catch up. Remember to make reservations.
"The gym is now open for limited use, we will be sanitizing it frequently as well we have placed sanitizer wipe dispensers around, that we ask everyone to wipe down each piece of equipment after use.No more than 3 members at a time.
"The clubhouse is still not accessible for social events or gatherings. But trust us, the first chance we get we will be establishing a great list of golf events, social events and dining experiences for our members to enjoy.
"We are currently exploring new avenues for the future of our tennis and pickle ball program.
"The big question now is the status of the pool! We are currently targeting an opening of July 1st."

Suggested Silver Linings
Our grandparents were asked to save the world; we have been asked to sit on the couch and watch Netflix. Here are a few suggestions as to how to take advantage of the great Life in Four Hills Village while self-quarantining.
- Open Space: It is Spring! The weather is warming! the wildflowers are coming out! You can walk and social-distance at the same time! Visit our Open Space page for more suggestions and information.
- Ancestry.com: our Libraries are closed, but Ancestry has opened their Library Edition to you at home. You can access ALE through the Library's website and use it with your library card number and pin. You can use the normal URL of https://abqlibrary.org/ancestry and all normal ways (a-z database list or genealogy page).
- Bear Hunting: to raise spirits, some Four Hills Village residents are displaying a teddy bear in the front window to wave to those taking walks in the neighborhood.
